Shareza J. is a serial entrepreneur, speaker, and philanthropist who has turned her own story of resilience into a mission to uplift women everywhere. After surviving injustice, financial hardship, and personal trauma, she founded the Respect All Women Foundation (R.A.W.) to create a safe space for healing, empowerment, and whole-woman wellness.

Through R.A.W., Shareza champions women facing abuse, injustice, illness, divorce, or financial struggle—reminding them that no matter what they’ve endured, they can rise, rebuild, and reclaim their power.
